Dan Mildren
Dan is a licensed master plumber in the state of Montana. He is the founder and president of Mildren Plumbing Inc., but still enjoys some field work in day to day operations. Dan has over 30 years experience in many aspects of plumbing including commercial and residential new builds and remodels, service, gas piping and boiler installation.
He relocated from Pullman, Washington to Montana in 2005 where he has 5 generations of family roots in the Flathead Valley.
Dan enjoys refereeing high school basketball and soccer, attending MSU football games, boating and skiing with family.

Branden F.
Branden is a licensed journeyman plumber in the State of Montana with 10 years plumbing experience. He has been with our company since 2012, starting as an apprentice and completing the MSU Northern Plumbing Apprenticeship program. Branden is our lead on commercial and residential new construction and remodels, but he’s knowledgeable in service and gas piping as well.
He is originally from Indiana and relocated to the Flathead Valley in 2008.

Darien P.
Darien joined our team in 2022 and works as a full time technician helper on new construction and remodel projects.
He moved from Liberia, Africa to the Flathead Valley in 2006 and he enjoys soccer, skiing, hunting, dirt biking and martial arts in his free time. Darian is also a CAP member, cadet and CM sgt.

Denise Mildren
Denise is vice president of Mildren Plumbing, Inc., handling all accounting and payroll duties for the business. She attended Washington State University earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and worked in accounting for the private and government sectors for 10 years before co-founding Mildren Plumbing, Inc. in 2008.
She grew up in Pasco, Washington and relocated to the Flathead Valley in 2005 with Dan and their children.
Denise enjoys time with family, boating, outdoor activities, and attending sporting events and concerts.

Dylann B.
Dylann is an apprentice plumber and has been with our company since 2019. She has 3 years of plumbing experience and is currently enrolled in MSU Northern’s Plumbing Apprenticeship Program.
She is a Montana native and spends her free time with rodeo events in breakaway, team roping and goat tying. Dylann has also participated in FFA, showing pigs and the breeding project with scholarship heifer.

Kristina W.
Kristina is the office coordinator for Mildren Plumbing, Inc., taking customer calls and payments, scheduling and dispatching technicians. She has 14 years experience managing in construction and excavation contracting.
She is originally from Portland, OR relocating to the Flathead Valley in 2001.
In her free time, Kristina enjoys time with family, photography, baking and training for competitive shooting sports.

Ron H.
Ron is a journeyman plumber with 35 years plumbing experience and has been with our company since 2016. He started in the plumbing trade in 1987 with his family’s Roto-Rooter franchise in California, then operated his own plumbing company for 12 years before taking a position as a school district plumber. Ron is our lead service technician, his trouble shooting skills and wealth of knowledge make him a customer favorite.
He has lived in the Flathead Valley since 2016 and enjoys hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles and all outdoor activities in his free time.

Hunter S.
Hunter is an apprentice plumber and has been with our company since 2022. He has 3 months plumbing experience and is currently enrolled in MSU Northern's Plumbing Apprenticeship Program.
He is originally from Florida and moved to the Flathead at the age of 2, but returned to Florida to finish high school. After graduating, he played football for 2 years at Adrian College in Michigan and moved back to Montana in 2019, where he's been gaining experience in home renovations and general contracting.
When Hunter is not working you'll find him on the ski hill or possibly on a body of water, weather permitting.
