Flat rate prices are based on easy access to and around installation area, standard flooring materials for toilets, simple water heater only setups and service location. 

We stock Gerber Viper toilets with available options:
 

* Standard or Comfort Height
* Round or Elongated Bowl
* Standard or Slow Close Lid
 

Base Price starts at $650 and includes:

* Removal and haul away of old toilet
* New toilet of your choice from the above options, toilet
  installation, new supply lines & wax ring.

Rheem water heater

We stock Rheem Professional Series Electric Water Heaters.
 

50 gallon Medium or Tall
start at $1750 and includes:
 

  • Removal of old water heater and haul away

  • Installation of new water heater

  • Supply lines & Straps


Water heaters come with a 1 year parts and labor warranty, with an additional 5 year tank failure warranty, you only pay labor. 
 

Photo Requirements

For Toilets:
1. Take a few steps back from your toilet and include the space surrounding it, slightly to the side.


For Water Heaters: 

1. A shot from the doorway showing water heater and surrounding area

2. A shot of your pipes going into the top of the water heater.

3. A shot of the product information card- This will have serial numbers, date of manufacture, wattage, etc.

This is not the yellow energy savings card.
